Our services
We provide digital marketing and web development services, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, content and branding, website design and development, e-commerce, landing pages, and analytics and automation.
Descriptions on this website are for general information. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement ("Agreement"). If an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement applies.
Free website & ads audit
Our free audit is a no-obligation review of your website, ads and online presence. It's provided for information only, and you're free to act on it with us, with someone else, or not at all.
Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
- Fees, payment schedules and any deposits are set out in your Agreement.
- Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our fees, unless your Agreement says otherwise.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is up to date.
Your responsibilities
To help us deliver good work, you agree to:
- give us accurate information and timely feedback and approvals
- provide the access, content and materials we need
- make sure anything you give us (such as logos, images and text) doesn't infringe anyone else's rights
- keep your own login details and payment methods for platforms secure
Delays in feedback, approvals or materials may affect timelines.
Results and third-party platforms
We work hard to improve your results, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, budgets and platform algorithms. We don't guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or returns.
Your campaigns and website may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify, WordPress and hosting providers. Their own terms and policies apply, and we're not responsible for their decisions, outages, ad approvals or policy changes.
Ownership
- Once you've paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as your website design, content and ad creatives, unless your Agreement says otherwise.
- Your domain, website and ad accounts are set up in your name wherever possible.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how, and of any third-party assets, which remain under their own licences (for example, fonts, stock images or plugins).
- We may show non-confidential work we've created for you in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We keep your confidential business information private and only use it to provide our services. We ask you to do the same with any confidential information we share with you, such as proposals and pricing.
Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with the notice period set out in your Agreement. You'll pay for work completed up to the end date. Fees already paid for work delivered are not refundable, unless your Agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services the claim relates to in the three months before it arose.
Use of this website
The content on this website is for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse our content, branding or logo without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.
